What type of membership options are available?

We have so many options of memberships available and it really depends on the type of goals you have. We have 1 on 1, Small Group Training, Open Studio, Online and even Casual Visit options. View our Memberships or contact us for more details.

What is a Personalised Health Assessment?

This is where it all starts - Your Blueprint. This assessment is designed for your unique body, to provide you with the long term success you have been looking for. From there we talk about your goals and the results you desire to get you in the best shape of your life.

Is the Better Than Ever membership really unlimited?

Yes. You can participate in as many classes and Open Studio session per day or week, as you like under this membership. Each session MUST be booked in, as we are not a gym; we are a private personal training studio. This membership does not include any 1 on 1 training.

How long do sessions run for?

All Small Group Training, Open Studio and Master Coaching sessions run for 50 minutes.

Can I suspend my membership?

For most of our memberships, you may temporarily suspend your membership for a minimum of two (2) weeks or a maximum of three (3) months, three (3) times per year. If possible, please provide at least a two (2) week notice for any suspension. For further details, please contact the studio.

Can I cancel my membership and are there fees?

You can cancel your membership at anytime with a two (2) week written notice to the Director of Operations. There are no cancellation fees. However, if there are any outstanding amounts on your account, they will be charged prior to cancellation being granted.

Are the membership contracts lock-in?

No. We believe in providing our clients with as much flexibility with their contract as possible and that means – no lock in contracts.

What are the studio's opening hours?

All sessions are by appointment only, within the following opening hours:
Mon-Thu: 5am – 9pm
Fri: 5am – 7pm
Sat: 6am – 3pm
Sun – Closed

What should I bring to my sessions?

To each session, please ensure you bring a clean towel, full bottle of water, any preferred training accessories i.e. gloves, straps, deodorant, appropriate footwear and clothing. We provide monitored open shelving to place your belongings in. Better Than Ever does not take any responsibility for any lost, stolen or damaged items left unattended.

*Update - at this stage due to COVID-19, we require all clients to bring a full bottle of water and their own clean towels to use during their session. If you require water and/or a towel, they will be available for purchase at the studio.

What qualifications do the Trainers have?

All Master Coaches and Personal Trainers at Better Than Ever hold a minimum of Cert IV in Fitness, First Aid and CPR. Check out our Team Page for more details.

Can I bring a friend to my session?

Unfortunately not to a live session. Due to OH&S and to ensure we are covered by insurance, all members that enter the studio for training must be a Better Than Ever member with an active membership.

However, we do encourage our members to bring their friends for a tour of our studio. Please contact the studio to arrange a suitable time.

Do offer child minding facilities?

Unfortunately not. At this stage we do not have the capacity to provide child minding services.

Do you run programs for NDIS clients?

Yes. Currently we service self-funded NDIS clients. Please contact our studio for more details.

Do you cater for rehab clients?

Yes, we have Master Coaches available who have qualifications in rehabilitation. Please note, we do not service RTWSA claims directly. Please contact the studio for more details.
