I have been a trainer for about a year now and I love it. It combines two important parts of my life into one. The fitness industry and helping people achieve their goals. I have a passion for sport which led me to this industry. I currently play for the Goodwood Saints Football Club and have been there since I was 13 years old, it is a strong passion of mine and the club has helped me make many lifelong friends and learn many life lessons.
My partner and I spent 4 years in Perth, it was a great experience and I feel it has set me up well for my future. I hope to be able to travel more in the future and see the world and experience the many different cultures.

TRAINING STYLE & FAVOURITE EXERCISE
Emphasis on form when doing strength training to improve posture and avoid injury. High HR whilst during cardio with sufficient rest times to get maximum efforts.
Favourite exercise would be a regime that involves getting the whole body involved. A mixture of strength and cardio.
An active life is a fun life. Fitness is important for both your body and your mind. I love fitness because of how it can make you feel and how it can help you in other parts of your life. Fitness is not about looking the best or having the biggest muscles, it’s about feeling good.
To live a fun and healthy life whilst still enjoying the finer things in life. Your diet, fitness habits and how you look in the mirror shouldn’t deter you from wanting to life your life and do the things you enjoy, Inspiring those around me to do the same.
