My love of training and fitness was born out of a being a professional three day event rider. I swapped training horses for training people and fell in love with making people sweat and smile, hopefully at the same time.
Certificate III and IV in Fitness plus Rehab Trainer, Pre and Postal fitness and Female Athlete Level 1.
Personally I love training hard, lifting weight and jumping around doing ‘party tricks.’ I love empowering my clients on how to train pelvic floor safe and rehab them post birth, so that they too can train hard and jump around feeling safe, secure and pain free.
I am constantly inspired by other females who keep managing to push the envelope of what is possible.
Crab walks will save the world. I believe in this so strongly. To me, strong glutes are everything. We are likes trees, having a strong trunk will allow big healthy branches to grow without the wind pushing us over.
I love food. Any food, in any form. Sweet and savoury, you name it, I love it. Except olives. No love for olives.
Know the difference between good pain and bad pain, because not all pain is bad. Glute activation is like brushing your teeth, not overly exciting but an essential daily activity to maintain your well-being.
I competed at state and national level on my horses, finished top of my class at PT school and hope to run my first half marathon in 2020 (I’m not a runner at all so this will be my biggest challenge yet!)
